Embrace a holistic approach to wellness inspired by the Blue Zones, with activities ranging from tranquil waterfall walks to invigorating Budokon mobility sessions and creative movement. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of yoga and beach workouts, find inner peace through meditation, and engage in insightful discussions surrounding the three pillars of holistic health. Join us for a transformative journey towards balance and well-being in a welcoming and nurturing environment.
Blue Zones - are regions of the world where people live longer, healthier lives, often attributed to factors like diet, community connection, and physical activity.
Summer Solstice - a time when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky and daylight lingers longer, symbolizes a season of abundance, growth, and vitality, making it the perfect time to embark on a journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation.
Movement - Exploring different types of movement can be a fun and enriching experience that not only keeps you physically active but also introduces you to new ways of expressing yourself, connecting with others, and enhancing your overall well-being.
Meditation - Meditation is incredibly helpful as it allows individuals to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, enhance self-awareness, promote emotional well-being, and increase overall feelings of calm and inner peace.
