The artist retreat in the jungle of Costa Rica offers a unique and inspiring experience, blending movement, discussions, community-building activities, playfulness, and a deep connection with nature. Participants can engage in creative practices surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife, fostering a sense of relaxation and inspiration. Through a variety of activities, from movement workshops to communal discussions, attendees can connect with like-minded individuals, explore new ideas, and tap into their artistic potential in a setting that encourages personal growth and self-expression.

Erin Lazzaro - Host
Erin Lazzaro is the co-owner and manager of Flo Retreat Center. She has been a New York Based performer for the past 10 years as well as Licensed Massage Therapist running her own Practice ‘Massage by Erin’. More recently, she has obtained her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification and hosts retreats at Flō Retreat Center with her husband Gabe.
Movement has always been her motivator in life and her dream is to be able to share her knowledge and passion with other artists who share the same spark through mindful and creative movement . During the artist retreat, she hopes to create a space where people can reconnect to themselves as well as each other in similar situations. Being an artist comes with a great responsibility. Let’s explor together what that means!

This cozy and inviting space is designed for relaxation and ultimate comfort. The room features a luxurious queen-sized bed with plush pillows and soft linens, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
You'll find all of the amenities you need including a WIFI, air conditioning, and a mini fridge allowing you to unwind and recharge at your leisure. Each room also has a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower.
Step outside onto the private or shared balcony and take in the serene views of the surrounding nature. This is the perfect option for a couple or solo traveler looking for privacy and comfort during your stay!

The shared rooms at Flo offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms feature multiple beds with plush bedding, ample storage space, and large windows that let in natural light.
Guests can socialize with their roommates and other retreat participants in the shared common areas, such as the living room, dining area, and outdoor patio. The shared bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, offering hot showers!

Snacks – if you are snacker, bring your go-tos from the States. Only main meals will be provided.
Offiste meals and excursion costs (entrance fees + taxis) – Please note that excursions to many local waterfalls (both off and on Flo property have no cost or fee associated)
