Meliza Fernandez is the founder of The KB Movement and one of the most distinctive voices in women's transformation today.
A coach, speaker, and retreat host with over ten years in the field, Meliza has spent her career at the intersection of fitness, identity, and self-leadership — helping women stop abandoning themselves and start becoming who they were always meant to be. Through her signature KB Blueprint coaching program, The Devotion Method™, and 21 international retreats across four continents, she has built a reputation for the kind of coaching that goes far deeper than the physical.
Born and raised in New York City, now living in Sevilla, Spain, Meliza brings a perspective that is as grounded as it is expansive. Her work is fierce, evidence-based, and unapologetically human.
She believes the body is not a problem to be solved. It is proof of who a woman is becoming.
