Nestled in the lush embrace of Costa Rica's abundant rainforests, the "Wild at Heart" retreat offers a sanctuary for you to rediscover your wild spirit and reconnect with the primal rhythms of nature. Surrounded by towering trees, vibrant flora, and the symphony of wildlife, this retreat invites you to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the healing power of the natural world.

Through daily yoga sessions, meditation practices and workshops you will have the opportunity to deepen your connection to the earth and reestablish your roots in the rich soil of the present moment. Guided by Megan & Leanne’s nurturing presence and guidance, you will explore practices that awaken your senses, ignite your intuition, and revive your innate sense of belonging in the natural world.

Megan Mathers

Megan brings a rich and diverse background to her teaching.
 Megan has a background in counseling, enriching her teaching with deep insights into the human psyche and emotional well-being. She is also a certified integrative pelvic health & breathflow facilitator, making her classes both empowering and healing. Her teaching style is gentle yet powerful, encouraging students to explore their bodies and emotions with compassion and curiosity. She believes in the power of yoga to heal and transform, and her classes are designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and resilience, both on and off the mat.








Leanne Shriver

 With a deep commitment to holistic healing, Leanne is currently pursuing her certification as a yoga therapist and undergoing training as an Ayurvedic practitioner. Her teaching style is grounded in compassion and a profound belief in the transformative power of yoga and meditation.
 Leanne's classes are a fusion of mindful movement, breath work, and introspection, designed to cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, and emotional resilience. She creates a supportive and nurturing environment for students to explore their practice and connect with their authentic selves.
